Download the ‘GYE App’ here gye.org.il/bb. (Compatible with Platform 5.0 and up). After installation, this App will lock the Browser, App World, Facebook and Twitter. The password is encrypted and can only be opened by contacting a GYE Rep. Every time the app is unlocked, a new code is generated so the old password will no longer work. You can always add applications to be blocked by opening the ‘GYE’ App from the ‘Menu’ item, and then clicking ‘Add Applications’.
Alternative ‘No Internet’ Solution
Download the 'BlackBerry Parental Controls' from the App World (or click here) Have a Rav, friend or spouse set the 4 digit passcode for you. Then click 'Enable' and uncheck the Browser, Application Installations, Youtube Uploader, Facebook, Twitter etc.
